Returns must be sent within 14 days after you received the products.
The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
The item must be returned with tags and packaging in their original condition. Protect clothes with their original packaging or a bag.
Skinwear bottom if unsealed cannot be returned.
Socks cannot be returned.
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" and we will send you the form.
Once you have your form, print it, fill it out and put it inside the packaging.
If you can't print the form, please include a sheet of paper with the information requested on the form.
You should use a suitable secure box or bag according to the size and volume of the products. The same original All Skinwear packaging will do.
Use the courier service of your choice and send your products to: ALL SKINWEAR C/ Segarra, 15-19, local 7. 43880, Coma-ruga (Tarragona). Spain
Important: Returns cannot be made in person at our logistics center. If you go to the delivery address the return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. In case of exchange, All Skinwear will send you the new order or item free of charge.
After letting us know you want to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, we will send you a return label so you can send us the parcel free of charge. The new items will also be shipped free of charge.
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Once your return is accepted, please allow us up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Once your exchange package is on the way back to our warehouse the exchange process has started. When the exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you if your exchange is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Once your exchange is accepted we will prepare the new order with the items of your choice and will ship it to the address provided in the first order (unless the client specifies otherwise). When the new order will be shipped, we will share the tracking details so you can track your order.
